Vocal Minds, Inc. Announces The Launch Of BALLYHOO™

As a start-up venue, BALLYHOO boasts a circulation of 20,000 for its first issue, which it plans to increase incrementally over the course of its next three issues. The premiere edition of BALLYHOO will debut in early May, with a second issue following shortly thereafter in early July.
